If needs change during the program, the meal plan can be easily adjusted. We assess your progress on an ongoing basis and make all necessary adjustments.

If you don't come to coaching calls or I don't hear from you during the weekly check-in, I will reach out. I care about my clients and without communication with me, success is more difficult. I won't be answering my phone in the middle of the night, BUT, you are able to post questions in the FB group day and night and I will answer them by the end of the next business day. This allows me to work with men all over the world, no matter what our sleeping/work schedules or our time zones.

No, it isn't! The Belly Fat Fix is about creating eating habits that can be maintained for life and in my expert opinion, Keto is not healthy or sustainable long-term. The Belly Fat Fix definitely focuses on eliminating processed carbs, but beyond that, it doesn't make any foods off-limits.
No! There is no calorie counting required and just to warn you, most of the men I work with actually need to eat more, not less, in order for the numbers on the scale to start moving in the right direction. In the Belly Fat Fix you will focus on the quality of your calories, not the quantity.
Absolutely NOT! In fact, many of the older men I work with have to stop fasting for long periods to get the results they want. You can definitely fast inside the program, but I will do a thorough analysis to determine whether your current fasting regime (or lack thereof) is preventing you from getting the weight loss results you're looking for.
If the circumstances are right, I do offer 1:1 coaching. However, in my experience, The Belly Fat Fix program is the BEST way for you to lose weight and take control of your health in the shortest amount of time and with the least amount of trial and error.
You can expect to spend an hour or so per week listening to modules and getting yourself organized for the week ahead. Some men simply follow my advice, check-in and don't spend any time on the learning materials. It's really up to you!
